Grand Lease Services, LLC (GLS) was founded by Margaret Grandstaff, MCR (Masters of Corporate Real Estate), SLCR (Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate), to uncover savings in your real estate portfolio.  With an MBA in Finance her focus is on cost reduction strategies, cost containment, forensic review and analysis of leases, lease audit work, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensuring data is accurate and saving clients money is something she is passionate about.

For almost 20 years, Margaret Grandstaff has analyzed and managed occupancy costs for multi-million dollar global portfolios.   She has extensive knowledge of leases, CAM, Operating expenses, service charges, rates, real estate taxes, grant compliance, building operations, accounting, and lease administration.

The goal is to provide clients with forensic analysis and real estate solutions to permanently reduce occupancy and lease expenses.  Based on an extensive background in corporate real estate, deep understanding of financial books and records, forensic analytical skills and detailed cost management, Margaret has been successful in negotiating over $10 Million in occupancy savings.
